IN ITALY WE HAVE A REGIONAL CALENDAR TO FOLLOW
USUALLY THE SCHOOL STARTS IN MID SEPTEMBER AND ENDS WITHIN THE FIRST DECADE OF JUNE.
WE HAVE TWO WEEKS VACATION FOR CHRISTMAS AND ONE WEEK VACATION FOR EASTER

Our institute is composed by two kindergardens for children between 3 and 5 years, three primary schools for children between 6 and 11 years, and a secondary school for children between 12 and 14 years;�about 800 pupils devided in three different buildings, located in different parts of the town.

In our school we have different school-times:
Our Training Offer Plan includes some main projects
•Music at school that involves all our pupils in preparatory activities with expert music teachers.
•Sports and Games in which our students experience several sport activities such as swimming, volleyball, basketball, football, etc.
•Biblio.doc which enhance pupils‘ love for reading and their listening and reading skills. Meetings with famuos writers and readers are planned during the school year.
•Inclusion Projects provide activities aimed at inclusion for children with special education needs: workshops, theatre, ceramic, cookery project.
•Intercultural Project take care of children from other countries in orther to help them to learn Italian as second language.

For the second year our school has subscribed this international project that involves all classes.
Volunteers (AIESEC) from extraeuropean countries come to our Institute to improve pupils’ knowledge about UNO goals regarding climate change.
Pupils’ families host the volunteers for several weeks.
