Device Supply – Roll of IPPB

1. IPPB to share the Device Supply Schedule.

2. IPPB branch will make arrangements to install the DARPAN

Android APP along with pre-requisites.

3. IPPB to provide the Mobile Number of the SIM installed in the

Device along with other details like MDM ID, BO ID etc..

4. IPPB Branch will hand over the devices to the Divisions after

labelling (BO Name).

Device Supply – Roll of Divisional Office

  1. Co-ordinate with IPPB branch to ensure the supply of

Devices and all other peripherals in good condition.

  1. Inventory Register prescribed by Directorate.
  2. Master Data Updation in the User management Portal of Mobile Number and device Number provided to Each Branch Post Offices.

3. Supply of Devices to Branch Offices as per the Roll Out Plan.
