A Study on the Impact of Welfare Measures on Employee Retention in the Manufacturing Industries of Chennai
Objectives
To know various employee welfare measures followed in various manufacturing industries
To recognize implications of employee welfare measures on various retention aspects
To understand areas of improvement and need for new employee welfare measures through suggestions
Methodology
Using secondary research, Employee welfare measures and retention factors were identified and used as part of the questionnaire
An additional section was provided in the questionnaire for any suggestions
Only the Employees working in a manufacturing industries from Chennai were allowed to attend the survey
Responses were collected through online mode using Google forms
Survey respondents were chosen using convenience sampling
The survey results were computed using IBM SPSS Statistics software
