Connections

Our project would work best supported by other organizations because we need help recruiting volunteers and paying for advertising and necessary materials. Some organizations include:

Student Council - Our local student councils usually have money left over after paying off events at the end of the year, so we could ask for donations from that extra money

Local Rotary Clubs - Volunteered workforce, funding, truck donations from a possible Rotarian car dealer

Eagle Scouts - Provide money/donations and people willing to help work the truck

Who gets PUMPED UP?

We will spread the word through flyers and any free advertisements we can get, as well as advertising from Rotary and Subway. To get people excited and willing to possibly help us out with volunteers, we can offer ‘free hoagies’ and play music and have a little get together around the truck with different people. During that, our team will be going through and talking to different people about possibly volunteering, as well as Rotary. We would also make a page and release a ‘hype’ video to everybody that we know and encourage them to spread it.
