Each podium consists of:

  1. Desktop
  2. Main control center for activating the projection screen
  3. Keyboard & Mouse
  4. Hard drive
  5. HDMI for connecting laptop
  6. Microphone

How to get started:

  1. Click on the main control panel
  2. Pick either the built in computer or laptop.
  3. The click, connect to built in.
  4. The screen will automatically come down.

Controlling sound

  1. Use main controls on panels
  2. Also, check sound on desktop, if needed.

Shutting down

  1. Click on shutdown system
  2. Do not shutdown the desktop

Troubleshooting Questions

  1. If the desktop stays dark after you move the mouse and touch the keyboard, check to make sure the desktop is on.
  2. If the sound does not work for a video, try it in a new browser. For example, if it doesn’t work in google chrome, try firefox.
