• This team wants to make every member better at skiing
• We cannot promise that we will always have time to teach you ourselves
• You can pay for lessons and equipment rentals at some ski centers
• If you show up to practices, we can make a skier out of you (we’ve done it before)!

What equipment does a skier use?

Nordic skis and poles: downhill will not work!!!!

Boots

Advanced Level: rollerskis or rollerblades and rollerski poles

Clothing: not heavy and constricting, but enough to prevent frostbite

Process

1. Captains register team (school funding)
2. Each racer registers themselves (self-funded $23+late season increases)
3. $130 per weekend (Fri-Sun), includes food, lodging, transportation, race fees

(It’s a collegiate club-level (not varsity) league)
