Mission Statement

As a college rooted in social justice, we partner with students as they envision, plan, and achieve their educational and professional goals. Through anti-racist, culturally responsive, and inclusive practices, we are determined to close opportunity gaps experienced by our students and support all employees to foster the conditions for student and workplace equity. Existing on and around the unceded traditional village sites of the Duwamish, Muckleshoot, and Puyallup nations, we are committed to creating authentic relationships with our surrounding communities.
