Similar if not higher pay when compared to IB for less work hours

Can leave and start your own company, stay within company and become CPO or CEO, leave to work for a startup

  • Support PMs with prioritization, scope management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Help PMs navigate challenges during discovery, delivery, and iteration phases.
  • Collaborate with VP of Design and VP of Software Engineering to ensure strong cross-functional execution.
  • Ensure projects deliver meaningful, real-world product management experience for members.

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead club growth initiatives and outreach to alumni and external partners.

- Manage PMC’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn).

- Create and distribute marketing materials (flyers, posts, event promotions).

- Plan, promote, and help execute club events, speaker sessions, and workshops.

- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.

- Collaborate with other VPs to promote projects, initiatives, and key milestones.

Core Responsibilities:

- Serve as a design mentor and advisor for PMC project teams.

- Review and provide feedback on UX/UI work across product initiatives.

- Establish and uphold design and UX best practices within the club.

- Guide designers on tools such as Figma and core design principles.

- Collaborate closely with the VP of Product to align design with product vision.

- Support designers’ professional development and portfolio growth.

VP Software Engineering

Core Responsibilities:

- Maintain and regularly update the club website with events, announcements, and resources.

- Act as a mentor for software engineers, supporting them with technical challenges and project needs.

- Oversee and ensure the quality of technical deliverables across teams.

- Manage GitHub repositories and collaborative development workflows.

- Teach and share base-level CS concepts (APIs, web development, version control) to build member competency.

- Collaborate with other VPs to align technical initiatives with club goals.

- Integrate AI models, APIs, and databases where applicable.

- Contribute to GitHub repositories with clean, documented code.

- Resolve merge conflicts and review pull requests.

- Collaborate with PMs and designers to ensure technical feasibility.

Core Responsibilities:

- Create wireframes, user flows, and product interfaces.

- Build high-fidelity prototypes that align with project goals.

- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs translate into working features.

- Conduct usability reviews and iterate on feedback.

- Maintain consistency in visual design and user experience standards.

Core Responsibilities:

- Define goals and deadlines that team must meet in order to ensure successful delivery of the project by due date.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Designers to maintain and update Product Roadmap.

- Lead weekly standups through creating meeting agenda, recaps, and progress updated amongst team members.

- Identify future bottlenecks in product development process and report to leadership.

- Track progress and oversee completion of project.

- Help manage and update Jira board.
