Aeries SIS (Student Information System)

“The Aeries Mobile Portal is a mobile app for Parents and Students to use to access Gradebook and/or a list of classes, Attendance, Report Card, Contact, Demographic, Financial, and Aeries Communications information in a concise, mobile-friendly format. Parents, guardians, and students can use their preexisting Parent/Student accounts to gain access to their data. For those parents or students who do not already have accounts, the Aeries Mobile Portal will guide them through the account creation process.”

Verify

your

email

Make sure the school site has your correct email address.

  • If you already have an Aeries account (previous student), enter your email and password.
    • Use the “forgot password” link if you have forgotten your password.
  • If you do NOT have an account, enter your email and click “forgot password.” Then check your email and follow the instructions from Aeries to set your password and log in.

Class Summary

  • List of student’s classes
  • If available, overall class grade will be listed on right

  • Date will be shown for all day absences
    • Period breakdown if not all day (middle school)

Contacts

  • This screen will list the student’s contacts.
  • It can not be edited from the mobile app and can only be changed from the web portal.
  • Parents/Guardians can also contact the school site for help editing student’s contacts.
