Digital: Data is changed to 0’s and 1’s

Analog: Data is a range.

Waves can transmit either

digital OR analog

signals.

Digital is more reliable because interference can be easily removed from the signal.

Analog contains slight changes in information, so interference or noise can be almost impossible to remove.
