From “Talking a Lot” to Making It a Profession

My mother once told me I was born to talk — and after years of working in sales, I finally realized she was right. What I thought was just a natural instinct or a hobby turned out to be a skill I could build a career on.
After transitioning from sales into chat moderation, I discovered that every conversation has power: it can create community, shape experiences, and turn a simple interaction into something meaningful. This is where I learned that communication isn’t just about talking — it’s about connecting, guiding, and adding value.
Over time, I transformed this skill into a profession. I learned how to engage players, lead teams, shape online environments, and create tools that make communication easier and more impactful. Conversation became not just something I’m good at — it became the foundation of my entire career path.
