How to submit

an activity letter request.

Login to PowerSchool

Click on “Activity”

Click “Add Club Log”

Choose the year, club, role, and the instructor of the activity you want to add either from the drop down menus or search function.

The description will auto-populate based

on the activity you choose.

Check “Yes” to include in your activity letter.

(See later slides for when you might not click “Yes”.)

Select which type of letter you need. You can select just one format, or all three. It’s up to you.

Click “Save”

Repeat the process for every activity you want to add to your letter(s)

Once you added ALL of your activities, click “Email Activities Officer” and an “Email sent” will appear. You will also receive an email confirmation.

Activity Letters take 5 school days to process and you will be notified

by the HS Counseling team once it is ready for collection.

If you need to make an edit?

Click the “school year” of the activity you want to change.

Uncheck “Yes” if you no longer want that activity in your letter OR

change what type of format you would like to add it to.

Click “save”.

Make any other edits to activities, and then Click “Email Activities Officer”.
