Welcome to an exciting year of Physical Education!
My goal is to help every student grow stronger, move smarter, and develop lifelong healthy habits. Physical Education is more than just “playing games”—it’s about building skills, teamwork, confidence through movement, and having fun.
Our curriculum is guided by the SHAPE America National Standards for K-12 Physical Education and we strive to help all students reach their full potential toward a healthy lifestyle.
Overview
I aim to educate the whole child. Helping students build not only strong bodies, but also confidence, cooperation, and a love for movement that lasts a lifetime.
Thank you for being our partner in health and learning!
