What to expect today?

KRPs and Teacher mentors will compliment online courses to ensure smooth transition of knowledge and competencies to teachers

On an average, each TM will mentor 25-30 teachers in school complex meeting

  • Support and supervise KRPs and TMss in conducting the PLC meetings

  • Simulate a learning experience with KRPs to enable them to support RPs

  • Co-create downstream support plan to compliment online course consumption

  • Monitoring the course progression of the teachers on the online platform and following up with teachers by coordinating with TMs.

  • Conduct trainings and supervise/support TMs in PLC meetings

  • Simulate a peer-learning experience with TMs to enable them to support teachers�
  • Remote support to TMs to implement new learnings in classrooms
  • Monitoring the course progression of the teachers on the online platform and following up with teachers.

  • Practice the learning in classrooms and mentor teachers in PLC meeting

  • Responsible for facilitating PLC meeting to give teachers an environment to learn from each other and solve doubts related to online course content

  • At the end of training, teachers must be knowledgeable in the course they are part of.
  • Consume online course content

  • Receive constant support and mentoring from TM in PLCs

  • Attend all the PLC meetings and complete assignments related to course every month to gain certifications

  • Complete pre-test and post-test for every course

  • Outcome: Improved teacher-student engagement in classrooms with stronger grasp on subject knowledge and pedagogy
