Shen roadmap for A.I. Use with students

• Before using A.I. with their students, teachers should select resources and conduct introductory lesson(s) on what A.I. is and how it should be used responsibly.
• Before allowing student use of A.I., the teacher should send a email/sis message to parents letting them know what tools students will be using (sample letter) and how it will enhance instruction.
• Optionally teachers may also want students to sign a responsible use policy with A.I. (sample contract 1 or 2)
• Both sample letters are from MagicSchool but feel free to adapt them to a more generic model for all A.I. tools you may want to use.
