PE CHRISTMAS EDITION:

  1. Ball up Notebook Paper or use Fake Snowballs and have a snowball fight.
  2. Strap Paper Plates on your feet or use slippery socks and go Ice Skating or play Ice Hockey. If playing Ice Hockey you will need: Laundry Basket, Hockey Puck (One of your snowballs) and a noodle or brook to hit the puck.
  3. Jingle Bell Rock Dance/Jump Rope Routine use 4-6 Dance Moves or Jump Rope Skills.
  4. Build a Snowman Relay Race - Build a snowman out of items around your house. Place items on one end of a room and then build on the other end of the room.

SPRING INTO ACTION PHYSICAL EDUCATION STYLE

PE SPRING SPORTS EDITION:

  1. Ball up Notebook Paper or use any round item you have and have a contest to see who can get the most round items in a bucket from a given amount of distance away. If you make a round item in the bucket do 10 repetitions of a physical fitness exercise. Ex. Jumping Jacks, Squats, Lunges
  2. Strap Paper Plates on your feet or use slippery socks and go Ice Skating or play Ice Hockey. If playing Ice Hockey you will need: Laundry Basket, Hockey Puck (One of your snowballs) and a noodle or brook to hit the puck.
  3. SPRING HAS SPRUNG DANCE/JUMP CHALLENGE: Dance/Jump Rope Routine use 4-6 Dance Moves or Jump Rope Skills to your favorite music.
  4. BUILD A TOWER RELAY RACE - Build a tower out of items around your house. Place items on one end of a room and then build on the other end of the room.
