The ‘Do not execute’ function is only available at ‘CRTD’ status (this is for cases you created MO but want to close it immediately without any Execution)

Bare in mind once you select ‘YES’, you cannot reverse the status

Notice system set NCMP (Do not Execute) status as well as CLSD (Closed).

All functions are disabled here (there is currently at ECC6 EhP7 no methods to revoke the status)

You can continue to set Deletion flag and archiving.

Use this user exist to stop user from able to select that ‘Do not Execute’ function in the future.

Curently as far as I know this authorization object do not yet have any control on the ‘Do not execute’ function.
