Indicator #1---2.1 Cognitive, social, emotional & physical development

Measurable Goal 1: By May 2026 I will use knowledge of individual growth and development to monitor and chart learner’s progress toward goals in each domain to meet current needs and lead to the next level of development.

This will be measured with student % of students who make growth and/or meet the learning target for the priority standard of Shape Identification as measured by the quarterly shape identification assessment.

Indicator #2---3.1 Implementation of curriculum standards

Measurable Goal 2: Goal 3: By May 2026 I will use state and district curriculum guides with enough facility to anticipate skill gaps and/or misconceptions of students in order to deliver effective instruction.

Strategies (evidence) :

Measurable Goal 1, Indicator 2.1:

  • Student assessment data

(quarterly shape ID assessment)

  • Lesson/Unit plans
  • Flexible student groupings
  • Shape ID scale, student friendly scales
  • Tiered/differentiated lessons completed

During PLCs.

Artifacts you may want to upload:

  • Scales, Unit Pacing Guide, Coffee’s beautiful assessment spreadsheet

Measurable Goal 2, Indicator 3.1:

  • Lesson/Unit plans
  • Curriculum Map/Unit Pacing Guide
  • Goals/Expectations/Learning outcomes

Use goal for priority standards (shape/name)

  • Evaluation of effectiveness of instructional strategies during PLCs
