In “New Project” select “Podcast” and click on “Choose”

The parts of a podcast are organized in “tracks”. This is the main track area. You can record voice, add songs/sounds, and add images into the Podacst Track.

If you click on different “tracks” above, you get the details down here. You can zoom into your voice recording and edit your pictures down here.

The box on the right is the Media Browswer. Clicking the buttons circled in red switch from images to “loops”—Loops are sounds.

After you record your voice, you can click on the “Voice Track” in the top box and the bottom box will show a zoomed in image of your recording—you will use this to carefully place your pictures.

The red slider can be positioned on words you want to illustrate.

Click and drag pictures/sounds from the media browser. Line the picture up so the gray picture line is in line with the Red Slider.

Episode Artwork is a title slide that appears as a default picture or title slide.

When you are finished, click Share, then Export to Disk. Choose a place to save—sometimes these files try to open in iTunes—2 finger click on the file, Open With, Quick Time Player.
