Problems

What is the difference between a broadband social tariff & paying for normal broadband?

Broadband social tariffs are:

  • Only for households that are financially vulnerable (for example people receiving certain benefits)
  • Available for you to use once you sign up as long as you continue to quality for it and the tariff is available
  • Set in price while you have it, so the price will not change
  • Free to install
  • Usually free of cancellation fees
