What is the meaning of Library �E-Resources?

Library E-Resource refers to all the products which a library provides through a computer network. It is also known as online information resources covering electronic reference books, search engines for full text books, and digital collections of data.

Library E-resources are helpful to ensure exhaustive and pinpointed information. The Library E-resources provides various search options to the user. Using Library E-resources enable to save space of library and time of the users.

Types of Library E-Resources :-

E-Book -> An eBook is an electronic (or digital) version of a book which can be checked out and viewed on an eReader (such as a Kindle or Nook), other mobile devices (such as a tablet or smartphone), or your computer or laptop.

E-Magazine -> A digital magazine is a magazine that has been published digitally using the web or an app. Unlike print magazines, digital magazines can include links, more high-resolution images, video, audio, and web animations.

E-Newspapers -> E-Newspapers are replicas of newspapers on the screen. It is a form of newspaper stored and transmitted on computers, digital devices in the form of e-Paper.

E-Reference Books -> It Includes subject dictionaries and reference works in various subjects including biology, computing, economics, history, law, literature, medicine, performing arts, politics, and science.
