LESSONS LEARNED

The "Love Scam" project aims to spread information about fraud through virtual romance. For this purpose, we have made a short film that shows about 'love scam' so that the target group will be more careful and know the actions that need to be taken if involved.

Many experiences and lessons we gained during and after implementing this project. We learned to plan and implement what is planned. We also learned to use money wisely to achieve our project goals. Despite facing various challenges, we still managed to implement this project. The opportunity to succeed in this project has also opened the opportunity for us to realize our own potential. For example in the aspect of communicating, conveying information, using ICT, tolerance and most importantly we managed to speak in front of an audience of almost 500 people.

In the early stages, we were less confident to be on stage and conduct a sharing session about this. But, with guidance and motivation from the guidance teacher and cooperation from friends, the sharing session went smoothly and successfully achieved its goal. After successfully implementing this project, we feel happy and satisfied that we were able to convey important information to our target group.

In the future, we plan to spread the information about love scams using communication technologies such as Youtube and Tik Tok. In this way we will be able to give awareness about the dangers of love scams to more people and this action might be able to save those who are potential victims or have already been victims of love scams.
