21,232 students routed on 590 yellow buses. This includes:

Performance
Since school start-up AM on-time performance has averaged 78%
99.3% of all scheduled trips have been covered so far this school year
We have had a total of 98 uncovered AM trips so far this year, an average of 9 per day
Anytime a trip is uncovered our CS team communicates to schools and families
We continue to focus on driver hiring to mitigate all remaining coverage issues and build capacity
34 drivers are still in training and estimated to be on the road by the end of October
Monitor coverage continues to be a more persistent challenge
The City recently reached an agreement with our Bus Monitors Union for a new contract, which includes operational reforms, better pay, and sign-on and retention bonuses
The City removed the residency requirement for monitors, to facilitate recruitment and hiring
