On Tutoring Writing

(Professor Deaver)

  • The Tutoring Center is looking for tutors who want to help others to become better writers.

  • We are NOT looking for the strongest writers on campus, mostly because such writers are not always good at talking to others about writing strengths in their papers. Anyone who has had to work at becoming a better writer is in a great position to turn around and be a resource for others.
