Wisdom Hour� Kelly Mill Elementary is excited to announce a new learning adventure for our students and staff. We will be participating in Wisdom Hour groups. Wisdom hour groups are opportunities for your student to learn more about their passions. Kelly Mill staff members created classes based on topics they were passionate about. Some of the topics include: tennis, music production, cooking, travel, engineering, scrapbooking, community outreach, and much more. Students then voted on groups that they would like to join. � Starting on Friday, November 20th students will begin attending their selected Wisdom Hour group. The groups will take place school-wide from 12:00-1:30. The groups will be held on the first and third Friday of every month until the end of March. We will have a culminating program at the end March. Schedules will be different on these days. Students will be eating lunch in their classroom at an earlier time. If you plan on eating lunch with your child on these days, or checking your child out early, please communicate this with your child’s homeroom teacher.� �Wisdom Hour Session Dates:�November 20th�December 4th and 18th�January 15th and 29th �February 5th and 19th�March 4th and 18�� We look forward to this exciting learning opportunity!
