  1. Turn on light only for 12hrs daily. (Recommended 11am to 11pm)
  2. Fill up with only tap water to the maximum line, Refill only when it falls to the minimum line
  3. Keep out of direct sun
  4. No feeding is required
  5. Trim off any dead leaves or traps

(It is normal to have a few deads traps especially the first week as the plants will readsorb energy to grow new roots)

1 Month Warranty Registration* �

  1. Join the SGVenusFlytrap community Group
  2. Post 2 photos from 2 different angles (Close up and side view of terrarium system)
  3. Update weekly under the comment post
  4. Weekly warranty is issued after each photo updated in the comment
  5. If you are confident after 2 weeks, you can stop the weekly photo update and warranty will be assumed to be terminated
  6. Warranty covers only system errors and not human errors (Eg. Doing things that are not recommended)

Terms & Conditions

1. The system warranty only takes effect after member have successfully complete the 1-month warranty registration steps as specified in the slides that is sent after signing up via google form.

2. Members are eligible for plant replacement for weakened/dying plant from the indoor system within 1 month from registering warranty only if they fulfil the following conditions:

i) Members have followed the grow guide accordingly and diligently.

ii) Members exercised utmost care and attention reasonably in mitigating any damages or loss to the plants, as well as preventing the plants from deteriorating further.

iii) Members have taken reasonable and proper care of the plants prior to the weakening of the plants.

iv) Upon noticing signs of unusualness or difference in plant’s appearance or growth, members are to immediately seek advice from community/SGVenusFlytrap to verify any signs of deterioration.

3. The system warranty does not cover personal negligence in causing damage/effect to the plants.

4. All decisions made on warranty claims by SGVenusFlytrap are final.

5. SGVenusflytrap reserves the rights to make any amendments to the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
