What is a

"Flow State"?

FLOW IS THE PSYCHOLOGICAL STATE OF MIND WHERE YOU ARE FULLY ABSORBED IN WHAT YOU ARE DOING. YOU ARE FULLY ENGAGED, YOU ARE 100% THERE, TIME SLOWS DOWN…….WHEN YOU ARE IN A FLOW STATE YOU ARE IN PURE PERFORMANCE.”

Benjamin Hardy

THINK ABOUT FLOW STATES

In order to get into and maintain a flow state “you focus on just one outcome at a time….The moment you try to create two or more outcomes, at a single time, you will be pulled in multiple different directions, and as a result you won’t be fully absorbed in what you are doing.”

- Benjamin Hardy

THINK ABOUT FLOW STATES

An ideal environment is one where you can eliminate unnecessary distractions that hinder your progress toward achieving your goals.

For instance, if text messages or social media notifications on your phone distract you, you might choose to silence those notifications or leave your phone in another room.
