How much?

  • Depends on the number of students participating and coach buses travelling.
  • Payments Schedule:

**We use an auto-billing system. Your credit card will be automatically charged on the following dates:

• At Booking: $100 deposit per student

• September 17, 2026: $400

• October 15, 2026: $500

• November 12, 2026: $500

• December 10, 2026: Final Payment

Contract and Expectations

  • Trip contract must accompany the first payment.
  • Maintain a positive work ethic and attitude.
  • Be a good representative of family and Birchwood.
  • Any refund will be at the discretion of Target Tours.
  • Be available for an early departure or late return.
