User Stories

To capture user centric requirements and design user centric solutions

Example Office Booking System

• Organizer need to know if room is available on a certain day
• Organizer needs to know who has booked a room already, and contact them to negotiate if they can change their booking

Simplest format - one line

Who (job/position), needs to do (something)

Programme Officer needs to organize several workshops on gender equality

Fisherman needs to sell catch of the day to fish market sellers

Aid worker needs to capture details of reports of abuse from hotline

Each user should have multiple stories
