Supervision, Safety, and Gym Use

• All children must have a signed waiver by a parent/guardian before participating.
• Gym staff will supervise activities, but the host is responsible for general guest behavior.
• No child may participate without appropriate attire (e.g., athletic wear, no jewelry).
• Adult party guests are allowed to enter gym without shoes but only to watch and photograph. Adults are not allowed on equipment.
• Legacy reserves the right to remove any participant behaving inappropriately or dangerously.
• Birthday party participants will have exclusive access to the designated party area, left floor, deadmat, mirrors, trampoline, and various mats. Other areas of the gym may be occupied by additional athletes or staff during your event. However, your party’s use of the listed equipment and space will not be disrupted.

 Food & Decorations

• Host may bring outside food and cake unless otherwise agreed.
• Beverages (non-alcoholic) are allowed but must stay in party room and must have lids.
• No food or drinks in the gym. Only in party rooms.
• Please bring your own plates, cups, silverware, napkins, etc for the food and drinks.
• Decorations must be approved by gym staff and cannot damage property.
• No confetti, glitter, face paint or open flames allowed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7-14 days will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 6 days will forfeit the payment.
• The gym reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility issues) with full refund or rescheduling option.

• Host grants permission for the gym to take photos/videos during the party for promotional use.
