Principal’s Note

Dear Clive School Families,

Welcome back to another edition of our monthly newsletter! As we reflect on the past few months, we can't help but feel grateful for the wonderful community that surrounds Clive School.

As we approach the end of 2023, I want to take a moment to express our gratitude for the incredible support we've received from our community partners - OG Audio, Elite Treasure Chest, MEGlobal, and various other private donations have played pivotal roles in enhancing our school experience, from contributing to the construction of new gaga ball pits to supporting our Robotics and Cosmetology options. We are truly fortunate to have such generous partners invested in our students' success.

The addition of new Gaga ball pits has added a ton of fun to our playground, and we are thrilled about the newly added cosmetology option for Junior High. These initiatives not only broaden our students' skill sets but also create a dynamic and engaging learning environment. A special thank you to West Country Outreach for their contribution to kick-start the Cosmetology option.

As we head into the holiday season, I wish each and every one of you a joyful and peaceful time with your loved ones. May the spirit of generosity and togetherness fill your homes.

If you have any questions, concerns, or simply want to share your thoughts, remember that our doors are always open. Your feedback is invaluable in shaping the future of Clive School.

Here's to a wonderful December and a promising start to the new year!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Thank you to all who supported our Playground Perogie and Sausage fundraiser. It was a huge success! Our school made approximately $3600 in profit which will all go toward the new playground!

Thank you

Our thanks to Kevin and Bobbie Schmidt and Stride Management Solutions Inc for supporting our playground and wellness initiatives with a generous financial donation. We truly appreciate this support from a local family for whom Clive School has been a part in educating 3 generations!

Thank you so much to Ted Jardine (our former principal) and his wife Lynne, for their generous financial contribution to our playground project!

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The Grade 2 class is collecting non-perishable items to give to those in need this holiday season. If you are able, a donation of any of the following items or a non-perishable item of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Items will be collected under the Christmas tree in the front foyer and accepted until the evening of December 21. Thank you so much for helping the Grade 2 class spread their Christmas cheer!

Sincerely,

Mrs. Enright
