Good vibes, great food, amazing number of very diverse sponsors, red bulls and wonderful people i couldn’t just name 1 thing
Meatball sandwich and one time someone got rejected by the food truck lady for wanting to add cheese on top of his chicken sandwich (that's funny for sure). Other than that, the coronation session by the roman emperor himself. You must make this into a tradition, maybe throw in the concept of gladiators (finalists)? Everything else is just perfect.
urbe charisma -> I've been really inspired by you guys physically, also the fact that you refilled food/drinks in the late evening 🚀 (and food in general was perfect) the notion page was super convenient too
One thing only?!!! Tricky, but it has to be the food and drink. Best of any event I've been to.

An international environment in my hometown, united under a single purpose: building!
I liked that it was for builders! And I will remember optimism, smiles and good mood of the org team.
The organization of the event was super at every level. I am not just referring to a hackathon event, but in terms of the overall event. Also, urbe is always helpful and with a smile on his face. It is not easy to be like that at every hour of the day.
That everything was centered to make hackers at ease. I really felt at home!
The spirit of everyone, from the urbe.eth guys, mentors, participants. Felt like a snapshot of a very healthy community of builders.
The great friends I made
I loved the place Città dell'Altra Economia and the team mood. Everybody was there to help us if we needed something, that was amazing
Friendly, supportive environment. Lots of new friendships made!

When it was over :(
It was a little too hot outside and wifi was bad there too. Would have been amazing to have ice or bigger fridges for the drinks. But these are just details
the workshops during the hacaton would have been better done earlier. Having breaks during the event on the 4th web3privacynow
it's finished :( Seriously, almost everything was perfect. Maybe, something in the schedule was late + it wasn't really clear where the places for the demo sessions were. But that's it.
I think some workshops in the middle of the event are not useful, especially the technical part. They can be interesting if they are available before the event. Instead, events that suggest how to do the project presentation are really useful.
Wish there were more obvious flyer stand/displayed ads to show us the road to the venue. Google map literally led us to the wrong way and took us sometime to figure out the venue location. Would recommend to host twitter space within one week after the hackathon to boost further awareness to the events, organizers, sponsors and finalists and their winning projects. You could invite finalists on Twitter space to talk about their hackathon experience, how they crafted their winning ideas, if they faced any challenges along the process and advice for future hackers. Also could invite bounties sponsor on Twitter space to talk about their experience as well, what's their project about, how they can assist developers to serve their users better etc.

I missed some classic vegetables like lettuce and carrots, along with other healthy foods. I didn't really eat any sandwiches; they're not the best option for me to stay focused. (but pasta was good)
Just the fact that the hacker arena wasn't conditioned, so it was really hot during the day and really cold during the night.
beers were warm :P
Food was a lot of bread, maybe less bread and more pasta would be better. Also the venue was very small, it got very busy when there was hackers in the venue.
