Generate spaces within the schedule with the support of two teachers in the classroom.
These dynamics generate trust between them and peer learning.
PEER OBSERVATIONS
They are done for the professional improvement of both teachers involved: those who assess and those who are assessed!
They can be carried out in different modalities:

A work was carried out in order to determine how should “the best” teacher look like and what skills or qualities should he/she have.

It was elaborated by all the teachers in school, reorganizing the items in three great blocks:
