SMART Goals:

I’ll learn more about how to use the tools in premiere pro by exploring and working with its features to create a smoothly put together video. To keep our project organized, I’ll speak up about what we need for the film and give suggestions while listening to others’ suggestions to create a better video - Jessica

I think I would try and learn to communicate better with others and speak out more suggestions rather than keep it in my head, and try to get help instead of doing it all by myself, trying to figure it out with no experiences or resources - Yu Han
