Objectives of the PTA

In line with our Bylaws, the main objectives of the PTA are to:

    • Develop cooperative relationships between families and school staff
    • Enable parent engagement

    • 28% of small to midsize companies offer matching programs.
  • Corporate Giving Is Substantial and On the Rise
    • Corporations donate $20 to $26 billion annually to non-profits
    • 91% of companies match donations at a 1:1 ratio. 5% match at a higher rate such as 2:1 or 3:1.
  • But Employee Participation Is Low
    • The average employee participation rate is 10%.
