How to connect

  • Connect the power cord, connect the USB interface to the VAT port, turn on the power switch.

  • When the controller is powered on, the real-time temperature (PV) will be displayed. Press the SET key once and the screen will flash, Press the up and down keys to set the temperature.
  • When heating starts, the indicator light at "OUT" will light up. When the set temperature is reached, the heating stops, and the indicator light goes out.

Quick setup

1.Determining mode:

Press and hold SET without letting go for about 5 seconds, it will display FO, and press SET again to display the mode,Press to switch modes, H is the heating mode, C is the cooling mode.

2. Set the return difference:

The return difference is how much to fall back after reaching the set temperature and start again, the default is 1.

If you need to modify, please press and hold SET without letting go for about 5 seconds, it will display FO, Switch to F1, press SET again to display the return difference, and press to set the return difference.

3. Set temperature:

After the mode and return difference are set, press RST to confirm and return. At this time, the real-time temperature is displayed on the screen, press SET once and the screen flashes, directly press to set the desired temperature.

Generally, the best printing temperature of the resin is 25-35℃, The temperature setting should not exceed 40℃.

Detailed settings

Long press SET for about 5 seconds to enter the internal setting

F0: Working mode. "H" is the heating mode.

F1: Return difference setting. The default is "1".

F2: High-temperature alarm value. The default is "120℃".

F3: Low-temperature alarm value. The default is "-55℃".

F4: Temperature calibration. This function can be used if there is a deviation between the detected temperature and the actual temperature. For example, the detected temperature is displayed as 25℃, but the actual temperature is 24℃. F4 can be set to "-1", then the final temperature is 25-1 =24.

F5: Delayed start. No need to set.

F6: C/F conversion. Set to "F", the temperature unit conversion light is on; set to "C", the temperature unit conversion light is off.

If you need to switch quickly, exit the internal setting, and press the button for 3 seconds to quickly switch the unit.

How to introduce the heater cable into the printer

Open the back cover of the device, unscrew the small iron piece fixing screws on the right side of the Z-axis, remove the small iron piece, and the power cord can be introduced into the printer from here.

Customers can make holes in the back cover so as not to affect the closing of the back cover.
