Score-Informed Audio Decomposition with NMF

  • What we need: splitting audio signal into note events (time-frequency split)

  • Nonnegative Matrix Factorization (NMF)

🡪 Split spectrogram into two nonnegative matrices

  • Synchronized score of Piano Concerto Dataset to guide factorization
