  • What is the problem that you are trying to solve?
    • Make it very specific
  • I need to know in 1 min what this problem is, who it is affecting and how big it is

  • What is your solution to this problem?
  • Describe your solution in more depth (can use 2 slides for this)

Your traction to date

  • Show us it works: For example, include number of people served, partnerships built, impact to date and other metrics of your venture

  • The goal of these first slides is to have this impact on those hearing your story:
    • Oh wow! This IS a huge problem. We really need to solve it.
    • Cool solution. But does it work?
    • Wow. Looks like it does work!
    • I want to learn more! (Now ready for all the details)

  • Share more about what you do, and how it works
  • The goal is to give people a visceral sense of what you do
  • Consider including a concrete user story

  • Tell us more about the way you measure impact
    • This should include some numbers based metrics
    • It can also include some quotes or testimonials
  • You can also include a plan for more impact measurement in the future (e.g. an outside partner will study the effects)
