Travel Logistics

    • June 2, Monday = First day of class

    • June 28, Saturday = Last day of class

    • Just need to arrive in Barcelona in time for first class
      • If coming from Hawaii, likely need to depart on May 30th (Friday), in order arrive by June 1 (Sunday)

    • Can stay longer in Barcelona after class concludes

    • One full-day excursion outside of Barcelona each week

  • Note that you can do the excursions on your own, or in small groups, or with one of the course instructors

  • Each student will purchase their own entrance/train tickets for each excursion
    • If you go with one of the instructors, we can help with this step

Housing Reservation

  • Step 1-April 1 at the latest
    • Reach out to housing company
    • Provide personal and bank info
    • Pay reservation fee (220 Euros)

  • Step 2-April 8 at the latest
    • Make security deposit (1000 Euros)
    • This is returned after you check out if no damages

  • Step 3-May 1 at the latest
    • Pay the monthly fee/rent

=> Both the reservation fee and the monthly rent are already included in the course fees in the cost overview table
