Problem Description

In MS Teams Client:

  • Many features in the Teams Client are not easily nor globally accessible
    • No global hotkeys (e.g. mute) or command bar
    • No hotkeys e.g. for meeting reactions
  • User Experience can be improved but MS reactivity to implement/ improve is very slow
    • e.g. new conversation by default with Subject
    • Favorites handling
