  • Make sure that items are listed on Pre-Approval BEFORE spending.
  • Spending needs to be student-driven and voted.
  • District has moved away from advisors being reimbursed. Plan ahead and use purchase orders or checks directly to companies.
  • All check submissions must go through an ASB meeting. Please allow at least two weeks for processing.
  • Never spend any money unless you are sure there is enough in the club/team ASB account. DO NOT BE IN THE RED!

  • Bus requests must be submitted through Kimberly at least one month in advance...even still might not be available
  • Please make sure your busing is approved

  • If it is a club event, advisors MUST be present.
  • These are opportunities to help strengthen students leadership skills, organizational skills, and teamwork.

  • CNUSD cannot impose student fees. (uniforms, transportation, etc.).
  • Consultant agreements and contracts must be given to Purchasing for review and board approval.
  • Clubs are strictly prohibited from keeping individual member accounts and no students shall be denied participation in the club for inability to pay or fundraise.
  • Group photos will be done by DC Photography prior to Club Carnival.
  • When taping flyers up on campus, they must be signed by the Club Advisor. You must use painters or masking tape only.

  • Club Rush is Wednesday, August 21st during Excel and lunch.
  • All Club paperwork must be submitted to ASB by Friday, August 16th in order to participate.
  • Clubs may pass out flyers or create a QR code for students to scan to get information about your club.
  • Any giveaways must be grab and go.
  • Tables will not be provided.
  • Students may set up before school, but may not leave class early for set-up.

  • Participating clubs must be approved by ASB and complete fundraiser forms by Wednesday, 8/21.
