Hello Middle School Families,
I am always amazed that another month has passed so quickly. May is when I tend to notice the most growth and maturity from our students. I always look forward to this time. Middle School can be a difficult time for so many reasons. Physically and developmentally our children are growing and changing at a rapid pace. They often struggle between being a child but yearning to be an adult. Students today, more than ever, have so many outside forces influencing their thoughts and actions. Sometimes they are not quite ready for it. Despite all of that, I see students thriving every day. I love this aspect of my job. Watching students grow and change is what makes being an educator so rewarding.

Thank you,
Melissa Addy
