NTI - Daily Expectations

  • We will track student attendance as directed by the Board. We are tracking it by logging into the classroom and completing assigned work
  • A log will be kept of all who attended Google Meets and their questions
  • Principal and Assistant Principal will periodically join Google Meets
  • Students logging in will count as a school day and two days on the tracker
  • Teachers will be available during their class period Google Meets (check the schedule) for questions and help
  • Students are expected and encouraged to complete the work that each of their teachers have assigned for the possibility of full credit on their grade.
  • Most, if not all, assignments will be posted on each teacher’s Google Classroom.

    • Have your student sign into their Google Classroom, assignments will be there or contact their teacher. You could also pick up a hard copy from school ahead of time.
  • Q. Are assignments due on that NTI day?
    • Yes, for the possibility of full credit, the assignment must be completed and/or submitted on that NTI day.
  • Q. Does my student “have to join” in a Google Meet?
    • No, they only have to join the Google Meets if they have questions and/or need help with their assignment.

For each day we are on NTI, you must pick a writing prompt. You can only use each writing prompt one time. Answer the prompt using the R.A.C.E. format. Phelps (SEL) PACT
