Defines workload guidance for Teaching Track, Professional Practice Track, and Tenure Track
Annual workload defined:
10-month = 27 SH
11-month = 33 SH
12-month = 36 SH

Thought Leadership load:
Tenure Track: 3 SH/5 QH required annually
Professional Practice Track: 0–3 SH/0–5 QH negotiable
Teaching Track: May request thought leadership allocation
Overload definitions and caps:
Overload defined as exceeding 9 SH/15 QH per term; can be compensated or carried forward
Summer contract improvements:
Enhanced guidance on eligible duties, workload thresholds, and compensation

Enrollment and compensation:
New guidance on enrollment caps and over-enrollment stipends
Administrative workload clarity:
Formal tables for Chairs and Coordinators now included
Thought Leadership load clarity:
Formal table to translate Thought Leadership activities to workload
