Requirements

Create a Google slide presentation that:

  1. Compares the culture of a specific European explorer and a specific Native American Tribe.
  2. Describes how the culture of Europeans and Native Americans were different and ultimately why they clashed.
  3. Has at least ten slides with information and images to accomplish this task.
  4. Includes a properly formatted bibliography with at least six different sources you used to gather the information for your presentation.

Your presentation should be building answers to the following:

  • How did the tribe make use of the resources in its area?
  • Present as many aspects of the tribes' culture as you can find. Remember, culture is skills, ideas and beliefs that unite a group. That can include many things.
  • Explain some of the reasons Europeans were driven to explore.
  • Name a European explorer(s), describe where he explored and who he explored for. Explain the impact his exploration had on the culture of the tribe(s) he encountered or the impact of his exploration in general. Provide detail.

Pull it all together- How the culture of Europeans and Native Americans were different and ultimately why they clashed.
