1. You will receive a notification email from Picktime telling you that one of our administrators invited you to join QuaranTunes as a team member. Click on the purple button.

2. If you don’t have a Picktime account, you will see this page, where you have to create a password. After that, click “Login”.

3. Once you login, you should see this calendar. This is where you can see all of your booked lessons.

4. Hover over the gray profile picture on the right, where an “Update Image” button will appear. Set your profile picture. Then go to “SERVICES” on the purple bar at the top.

5. Click on “SERVICES” and select the instruments you can teach. Click on “WORKING HOURS” to set up your availability that your future students can see when they book their lesson.

6. Once a student books a lesson, it will appear as a turquoise box with a plus sign next to it to show that it is a new booking. Click on the turquoise box and a window will pop up. To confirm this appointment, click on “New” at the top and select “Confirmed”. This action would trigger an email that would be sent to the student, who will be notified that you’ve confirmed their booking. You must confirm a new booking within 48 hours and send an email to the student with the Zoom link that would be used for the lesson.

7. To make a lesson recurring (ex. every Wednesday), go to the pencil icon at the top right, circled in red. Change the “Not Recurring” status to whatever fits your needs.
