إرحمني من صغر النفس

Have Mercy on Me from the Low Self-esteem

شجعوا صغار النفوسComfort the Fainthearted -

و نطلب اليكم ايها الاخوة انذروا الذين بلا ترتيب شجعوا صغار النفوس اسندوا الضعفاء تانوا على الجميع. (1تس 5 : 14)

Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all. (1Thess 5 : 14)

فكلم موسى هكذا بني اسرائيل و لكن لم يسمعوا لموسى من صغر النفس و من العبودية القاسية. (خر 6 : 9)

So Moses spoke thus to the children of Israel; but they did not heed Moses, because of anguish of spirit and cruel bondage.

(Ex 6 : 9)

فقال الرب لقايين لماذا اغتظت و لماذا سقط وجهك. (تك 4 : 6)

So the LORD said to Cain, "Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? (Gen 4 : 6)

Low Self-esteem Hinders the Repentance

التركيز على النفس أكثر من الرحمة والنعمة

Focus on one-self more than the mercy and grace

الأستسلام لليأس

Surrender to despair

الإهتمام الزائد برضا الناس

Excessive concern for people’s approval

صغر النفس يعطل الإتكال (الإيمان)

Low Self-esteem Hinders Dependance (Faith)

سبب أساسي للشكMain reason for doubting -

سبب أساسي للقلق والخوفMain reason for anxiety and Fear -

الإحساس بالرفض من اللهFeeling rejected by God -

الاستسلام للكآبةSurrendering to Depression -

صغر النفس يعطل المحبة

Low Self- esteem Hinders Love

محاولة اثبات الذات على حساب الآخرين

Trying to prove oneself at the expense of others

سبب أساسي للغيرة المرة والحقد

A fundamental cause of bitter jealousy and hatred

الغضب والإدانة والخصام وسوء الظن

Anger, condemnation, quarreling, and mistrust

صغر النفس يعطل التواضع

Low Self- esteem Hinders Humility

المقارنة المستمرة والسبق الوهمي

Constant comparison and imaginary precedence

عدو السلام والفرح

The enemy of peace and joy

يعطل الطاعة والخضوع

Hinders obedience & submission

صغر النفس يعطل الشكر

Low Self- esteem Hinders Thanksgiving

عدم الرضا .. النظرة السلبية

Dissatisfaction...negative outlook

صغر النفس ليس معه إكتفاء أو شبع

Low self-esteem comes with no satisfaction or fulfilment

الإنشغال بما ليس موجود (الناقص)

Preoccupation with the missing thing (incomplete)

قتلاها أقوياء

All Who Were Slain By Her Were Strong

لانها طرحت كثيرين جرحى و كل قتلاها اقوياء. (ام 7 : 26)

For she has cast down many wounded, And all who were slain by her were strong [men] (Pro 7 : 26)

الصلاة الحارةWarm prayers -

صورة الله الحقيقيThe true image of God -

جهاد الفكرThought Struggles -

التوقف عن المقارنةStop comparison -

النظرة الإيجابيةThe positive view -

تذكر وعود اللهRemember God’s promises -

العظات الشافيةThe healing sermons -

شجعوا صغار النفوسComfort the Fainthearted -

ابتهجي جدا يا ابنة صهيون اهتفي يا بنت اورشليم هوذا ملكك ياتي اليك هو عادل و منصور وديع و راكب على حمار و على جحش ابن اتان. (زك 9 : 9)

" Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He [is] just and having salvation, Lowly and riding on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey (Zech 9 : 9)

و قالت صهيون قد تركني الرب و سيدي نسيني. هل تنسى المراة رضيعها فلا ترحم ابن بطنها حتى هؤلاء ينسين و انا لا انساك. هوذا على كفي نقشتك اسوارك امامي دائما. (أش 49 : 14 – 16)

But Zion said, "The LORD has forsaken me, And my Lord has forgotten me". "Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you. See, I have inscribed you on the palms [of My hands;] Your walls [are] continually before Me.

(Isa 49 : 14 – 16)

و الان هكذا يقول الرب خالقك يا يعقوب و جابلك يا اسرائيل لا تخف لاني فديتك دعوتك باسمك انت لي. (اش 43 : 1)

But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called [you] by your name; You [are] Mine (Isa 43 : 1)
