SKEE BALL 3

DESCRIPTION: In this rolling activity, you are improving your hand-eye coordination skills while aiming at a target.

EQUIPMENT:

  1. Box or laundry basket
  2. Tupperware or large plastic cup
  3. 5 or more sock balls
  4. A shirt for the starting line

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place a box on its side and place a cup inside the box on its side.
  2. Place the shirt about 5 large steps away as your starting line.
  3. Stand behind the starting line with your sock balls. Roll each sock ball trying to make it into the targets.

In the box= 1 point

In the cup= 5 points

  • See how many points you can score in 2 minutes or play against someone!

In this SEL (Social Emotional Learning) activity students are presented with a scenario. A scenario is a situation where a story is told and you have to answer the questions that come from the scenario. This scenario relates to manipulative skills as it is a game of catch which involves hand-eye coordination and is on the other side of the page.

You are playing catch with a friend. A third friend comes by and wants to play. Your friend tells the third friend to leave because you two are already playing catch together.
