All of our Agents have access to training support.
Every week we provide relevant Agent training. Training alternates day and night and is held in multiple locations so everyone can take advantage.
We have an in-house Technology Coordinator to provide one on one & group training. Training includes desktop support, digital marketing, mobile device support, & real estate tools such as RPR.

OUR MENTORING PROGRAM
Our Mentor Program will teach you how to apply learned skills
in combination with proven techniques that will undoubtedly
make you a success in the real estate field.
For New Agents - Designed to enhance basic skills.
You will be trained in a no pressure one on one environment.
The goal is to empower you with all the tools needed in
order to graduate into the 90% program.
Our program will help you gain the skills you need to begin a SUCCESSFUL career in Real Estate.
COMMISSION PLAN DETAILS
Paid 60% until agent sells 5 sides. The 6th will be paid at 80%. The 11th will be paid at 90% (all sales must take place within same the calendar year)
Paid 70% until agent sells 5 sides. The 6th will be paid at 80%. The 11th will be paid at 90% (all sales must take place within same the calendar year)
Paid 80% until agent sells 10 sides. The 11th will be paid at 90%
(all sales must take place within same the calendar year)
10 Transactions Done
If you already have 10 sides or more by year end you will be paid at 90%. To keep the 90% plan you must maintain 10 sides per calendar year.
Agents new to the business and to the company will be paid 60/40 until they reach 10 sides.
THE CAP PROGRAM
Each transaction thereafter will be paid at 100% until the end of the year. Transaction fees contribute towards the total cap amount.
Our cap program is available to any agent that is currently participating in the 70%, 80% or 90% compensation plan. The cap amount is $19,800. Once an Agent has contributed $19,800 to the company via transactions completed in the 70%, 80% and 90% plan, the Agent will “CAP OUT” for the year.
REVENUE SHARING PROGRAM
When Agents become advocates for our company they have the ability to earn 2% more by helping us recruit. Agents who recruit agents from other companies can earn 2% of that Agent’s commission check. Example:
Realtor A recruits Realtor B
Realtor B receives a commission check for $10,000.00
Realtor A will receive a check for $200.00 for as long as Realtor A is active with SUCCESS!
The transaction fee will affect every Agent UNTIL the Agent’s percentage + transaction fees reaches the CAP amount of $19,800.00. At that time each Agent will be paid 100% with no transaction fees until the end of the year.
Sales, Rentals, Referrals and BPO fee’s will be adjusted based on the following value schedule:
Sales, Rentals, Referrals, and BPO’s where the gross commission to the Agent is $3,000 or more is subject to a $250 transaction fee.
Sales, Rentals, Referrals, and BPO’s where the gross commission to the Agent is between $1,000 – $2,999.99 is subject to a $50 transaction fee.
Sales, Rentals, Referrals, and BPO’s where the gross commission to the Agent is between $500 – $999.99 are subject to a $25 transaction fee.
Anything below $500 is not subject to any transaction fee.

* Agents who share a transaction side (for example, they are co-listers on the property) will share the expense of the transaction fee. * If you list and sell your own property there will only be one transaction fee. * If you are selling your personal residence there will be no transaction fee.
We can offer this incredible compensation plan because we
have so many Agents selling so many houses.
Our sheer volume of sales allows us to maintain these high
compensation levels while providing tremendous support and
facilities for our Agents. Remember, if you have a smaller
group it is difficult to match our resources without charging
your Agents more.
With an average of over 2000 sides per year this also means
we are a stable company. We are not as financially sensitive as
most other offices. So you can feel safe launching your career
as a SUCCESS! Agent.

We have a full support staff trained to set up showings, & provide agent support. They are available to draft P&S’s and handle customer inquiries. All checks are prepared in Marshfield.
Our Staff is available 7 days a week to cover phones and be present in our call center.
Listing Management software, MLS, integrated phone system, in office technology, and social networks enable us to provide full listing and Agent support in every office and virtually.
