* Swim tests/evaluations for the main team will be held 5:00 - 5:20 PM during the first week of practice.

Little

Sailfish

• For ages 4 and no older than 7 by June 15
• Must be able to get into the water comfortably
• Must be able to swim 1/3 the length of the pool unassisted (approx. 10 meters)
• Will be required to be evaluated by Coach before you can practice
• Evaluation Ashburn Rec Center 5/22 @ 5:30pm
• June 15 - July 15

Volunteering

We’re so grateful for the time and energy our families contribute - our meets truly can’t run without you. As a reminder, each family is responsible for 25 volunteer hours for the season. This commitment is firm so we can staff meets safely and smoothly.

To help everyone stay on track, families should aim to have at least 10 hours completed by mid‑season. If that benchmark isn’t met, swimmers may become ineligible for future meets until volunteer hours are caught up.

We know life happens, and we’re here to support you. If you’re having trouble finding opportunities or need guidance, please reach out. We can help you connect with alternatives or pair you with a seasoned volunteer to shadow.
